About The Project
Granite Property Maintenance came to CMND Studio in early 2019 to help them with the renaming, rebranding and website design and development for their Squamish operation previously named Nate Solutions. We assisted with the initial brand concepts, colour scheme, brand voice and finally the development of their new website.
A logo Tied To the Community
Being a property maintenance service company based in Squamish B.C. Granite Property Services name was pulled from the iconic granite climbers landmark “The Chief”. With the term Granite not also being the material The Chief is made of, it also denotes a strong and settled image for the company. For these reasons, the name Granite Property Services was chosen for the new title for the company.
The new owner of the company is also an avid climber and has climbed The Chief many times so selecting this icon as the basis for the logo was a no brainer.
